We collect your email address, the name you provide, your automation and risk settings, and the records of signals, decisions, and routing attempts made for your account.

We never ask for and never store broker usernames, passwords, or account credentials. The only execution detail we store is the webhook address for your execution provider, which is encrypted at rest. Screens only ever show a masked version of it.

Your records are isolated from other members at the database level. Administrators can see account status and platform health information needed to operate the service.

We use your email to send the notifications you enable, plus essential account and security messages. You can change notification settings at any time.

You may request deletion of your account and associated records. Some records may be retained where required for legal, security, or accounting purposes.
