Magnetic Futures Trading is a software platform that receives strategy alerts, applies the rules you configure, and routes instructions to the execution provider you connect. It is not a broker, not a clearing firm, and not an investment adviser.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your settings, the account you connect, and every instruction routed on your behalf. You may turn automation off at any time using the emergency stop control.

We confirm only that an instruction was delivered to your execution provider. We do not confirm broker fills, positions, balances, or profit and loss. Delivery does not guarantee execution.

We may pause the platform, a strategy, or a market at any time for safety, maintenance, or integrity reasons. Where required data is missing or uncertain, the system stops rather than guessing.

Accounts may be suspended for abuse, non-payment, or activity that risks platform integrity. Subscription terms and pricing are shown in your settings before you choose a plan.

The service is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, missed trades, provider outages, or broker behavior.
